Challenge
Each service had its own sign-up and login. The same student created a new account on every site, and the operations team managed member data in several places separately.
Approach
We created a new unified member ID and added Google sign-in. We integrated the existing question-bank service so a single login moves users between services, and built a five-step sign-up flow plus an admin console for sign-up approval and permission management.
Outcome
Two months from planning to launch. Students now use the question bank and other services with one unified account, and the operations team manages members and permissions from a single admin console.
