Challenge
Game announcements and player conversations were scattered, so new players struggled to find information and often left before signing up.
Approach
We built a board layout where title, author and date stay easy to scan even with many posts, and designed a step-by-step sign-up flow so first-time visitors can join without friction. We linked game accounts and made the experience the same on PC and mobile.
Outcome
A community website matched to the game's brand tone, with boards, a free board and sign-up onboarding.
